Fees and Payments
We believe in keeping costs simple and transparent. All fees are set in line with Colorado standards for DUI education and therapy programs. Below you’ll find a breakdown of program costs, including group sessions, intake, and materials. Payments can be made securely online prior to each session or arranged in advance with our office.
$75
Intake Assessment
Every client begins with a one-time intake assessment. This allows us to review your court or DMV requirements, set up your client profile, and ensure you’re placed in the correct program track. The intake fee covers this process and is due at enrollment.
$60
Books and Materials
All clients are required to purchase the Driving With Care education and therapy workbooks. These materials are used throughout your program and provide structured lessons, exercises, and guidance to support your progress in and outside of group sessions.
$35
Group Sessions
Each Level II Education or Therapy session is billed at $35. Clients may pay as they go or pre-pay for multiple sessions at once. This fee ensures access to licensed facilitators, structured group support, and official documentation of your attendance and progress.
Optional Individual Therapy
In addition to required DUI Education and Therapy groups, we offer individual therapy sessions for clients seeking more personalized care. These one-on-one telehealth sessions are led by Certified Addiction Specialists and provide a private space to work through personal challenges, strengthen coping strategies, and build a plan for long-term change.
Full-Pay Discount
Save 10% When You Pay in Full
Paying for your entire treatment track in full at enrollment not only saves you 10% on program costs but also gives you peace of mind knowing everything is covered from day one. With intake, books, and all sessions prepaid, you can focus fully on completing your requirements and making progress. Remove the worry about weekly payments or missed sessions due to outstanding balances.
Missed Groups and Attendance
Attendance is required by the Colorado Behavioral Health Administration to receive credit for DUI Education and Therapy programs, and it is your responsibility to attend every scheduled group on time. If you miss a session, you will not receive credit and may be required to repeat the group to remain compliant, which can delay program completion and be reported to your probation officer, court, or the DMV. A $20 fee may be applied for groups canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or for no-shows, and this fee must be paid before rejoining your next scheduled session. Consistent attendance keeps you in compliance, avoids extra costs, and ensures you receive the full benefit of the program.
